I was suffering for months from Plantar Fasciitis. Every morning I could barely put my heels on the ground without sometimes wanting to get on my knees to relieve them.

I was about to ice them again after an all-day photo-shoot when Vera exclaimed “no ice”. Instead she offered to place her warm hands on my heels and began working up my legs in an upward motion. She said “you just need to move your Qi and ice won’t do that.” She was right.

Since then, my heels are no longer an issue. With Dr Vera’s intuitive advice and the help of chines oils and castor oil packs (for other things) I am on the road to deep self-care and healing.

I invest in multi session packages twice a year to do deep once a week work for at least 6 weeks. And the last time the results lasted 6 months.
